In detail

Three engagements from the list above: the situation, what we did, what it produced.

H&M Group

A board can approve a DAO, or it can approve a revenue line. This one had to decide whether they were the same thing.

The parts a DAO feasibility study has to test.
What we did
A feasibility study covering token classification, governance structure and the regulatory implications for a listed corporate.
What it produced
A decision-ready study, presented to the global management board.

Ocean Protocol

Two pricing decisions ahead, the pre-seed round and the ICO, and no model that connected them.

The structure of the model.
What we did
Designed the token valuation model: supply schedule, demand drivers and token velocity in one structure, so both rounds priced from the same assumptions.
What it produced
The valuation model prepared for the pre-seed round and the ICO.

LVMH

For Moët Hennessy champagne, authenticity carries the margin, and a counterfeit bottle spends it.

What we did
Feasibility and ideation for blockchain traceability in the champagne business: a digital twin for every bottle, designed against counterfeits.
What it produced
The feasibility work, delivered through IBM’s consulting practice. Nothing was implemented.

Services

The same judgement, asked two different questions.

In the boardroom

For the innovation lead who has to explain a DAO to a management board.

Enterprise blockchain advisory

Web3 transformation strategy. DAO feasibility and governance design. NFT and digital-asset strategy for brands. Token classification for legal and finance teams.

Scoped as one engagement, around the question your board is actually asking. The H&M Group DAO feasibility study was one of these.

In the design review

For teams whose token has to work after the launch, not only at it.

Tokenomics and incentive design

Token valuation models from pre-seed to ICO. Supply and demand dynamics, sustainability analysis, revenue-share and incentive architecture. The Ocean Protocol model was one of these.

Also: ecosystem strategy and business development, product and growth.
